From our friend Rachel Safier. An "illustrated memoir" is on the way from the Bieber!
And Justin, we know you read our blog just as you listen to our catchy choruses -- we look forward to ordering out copies and of course anticipate being named (and thanked?) in the chapter about "Baby." All is forgiven. Sam is wearing his Bieber wig and counting our record sales as I write this.
From the NY Times:
If anything can turn young people on to reading, it might be a memoir by the teenage pop superstar Justin Bieber. In October, HarperCollins will release “Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story,” the publisher announced on Monday. “Between the behind-the-scenes pictures and the story I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy,” Mr. Bieber, 16, said in a statement. “This is just another way for me to say thank you to my fans.” HarperCollins described the book as an “illustrated memoir” in hardcover that will detail Mr. Bieber’s rise to stardom, complemented by exclusive photos — “a must-have for fans afflicted with Bieber-fever.” “All kidding aside, it’s going to sell a million-billion copies,” predicted Publishers Weekly.
